Information and service inquiries

This website describes our services for general information. Sending a message, selecting a budget range, or requesting a consultation does not place an order, reserve availability, or create a service contract. Scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, timelines, payment, cancellation and support terms are agreed separately in writing before work begins. That agreement governs the project.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and contact us for legitimate purposes. Do not use it to send spam or unlawful material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service.

Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s original text, branding, design and other materials belong to Axiom Studios or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site. Reuse beyond permissions provided by law requires permission from the relevant owner. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners and do not by themselves imply endorsement or partnership.

Messages and privacy

Provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not send confidential credentials or sensitive records through the public form. Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information is handled.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and temporary interruptions or errors may occur. Service descriptions and response-time estimates are not project-specific guarantees. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own terms and privacy practices. The client portal is currently in development and is not available for account access.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections. These terms do not replace any signed service agreement. Québec law and applicable Canadian law govern these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you.

We may update these website terms as the site changes. The effective date appears above. Changes to this page do not retroactively change a separate project agreement.
